IS YOUR SENTENCE BEING ENHANCED?

LET US HELP!

IF YOUR PRIOR CONVICTION IS BEING USED TO ENHANCE YOUR CURRENT SENTENCE OR MAKE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR DEPORTATION, YOU CAN GET THE CONVICTION DISMISSED BY ATTACKING THE CONVICTION IN STATE OR FEDERAL COURT.

This newsletter is about attacking the prior conviction that’s currently being used to enhance your sentence or make  you eligible for deportation , by challenging the prior  offense in state or federal court.

Nearly every state in the United States has enacted a traditional habeas corpus type remedy for those seeking to challenge a criminal judgment or sentence. Therefore, it is possible to successfully challenge a prior conviction, even many years after the sentence has expired. We have developed arguments strategically designed to win and we have been very successful in getting prior convictions vacated in all courts. If you are successful in getting your prior conviction vacated, you can then petition the court to resentence you without the enhancement. .

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU?

We have formulated a strategy and fee plan to make our services available to the greatest number of individuals interested in seeking to challenge a prior conviction. Our fee for a State Habeas Corpus, Federal Coram Nobis or related motion is $5000.  However, if you retain us to attack more than one conviction, we will charge an additional $4000.00 per conviction.
